Stop Abuse Campaign

The Mission

The Stop Abuse Campaign prevents childhood trauma, known as Adverse Childhood Experiences or ACEs, through evidence-based research, public policy, and public education.

The Situation

The Stop Abuse Campaign (SAC) made the decision to migrate to a new CRM tool to better meet its needs. This represented a significant data migration, requiring all donor data to be imported into the new CRM tool before its “go-live” date.

Data was configured to the specifications of the old tool, and required significant review and processing in order to convert to the requirements for the new tool in order to complete an upload as part of initial setup.

Solutions Delivered

  • Cleanup of existing data to address inconsistencies, apply formatting standards, remove duplicates, and remove unnecessary fields.

  • Delivery of data file configured to specifications for new CRM tool, complete with creation of custom fields as needed. Provided support and expertise to SAC and CRM teams to ensure successful migration.
